Nice hotel, nice suite but lacks the detail, passion or care to be anything great. We picked a suite for us to spoil ourselves for our honeymoon, and we were sadly disappointed. The staff was cold and unhelpful. We ordered a vegetarian pizza and was delivered a meat pizza. We asked for help or recommendations with finding other hotels (because they were fully booked for the extra two nights we were staying) and no help or care was shown. And upon checkout, we weren't asked how our stay was. Maybe it's a difference in culture. Some details they've missed: no (correct) remote for tv (the brochure boasted of a Bang & Olufsen TV - our suite had the BO remote but a Philips TV), no stereo (again brochure had boasted of), cheap toiletries that dried out our skin (first host hotel brand), Nespresso machine/set up had used/open sugar packets and only one caffeinated pod), the Internet was fast when it worked, but was spotty for us at least. We could also hear our neighbors from above. Also, we were next to the street and our suite was on the 2nd floor, so we heard construction and people on the street (crying babies, drunk screaming people). This was a 3-day stay and all 3 days were the same. I know these are picky things, but for a 5-star price, you'd expect top notch service with an impeccable room at minimum...not to have to be frustrated, annoyed, and confused. In my opinion, this is an overpriced hipster hotel that lacks in quality and passion. It's nicely designed, but I've seen better execution with more care and detail. I'd look elsewhere for better customer service and quality.

Mørkt hotell. Så mørkt at det var utrivelig. Rommet var kaldt, ca.17 grader. Rommet var ok. Blendegardinene skygget utsikten, men det var drt beste alternativet. Ellers så vi rett inn til naboen. Når vi kom ut dagen etter var det som å slippe ut av et mørklagt fengsel.
Super frokost, herlig lunsj.. Gleder meg til middag!
