If you go to this Media Market in the Enschede center, know exactly what you want/ specifications etc.., because the staff does not know much. They will smile and say "Oh, we don't know" and that is ok !?!?...somehow !!?!?!!, indicating a very poor quality of service. And of course then you look in the box (which has not tape) to identify the specifications, which the staff should know or google to find out if they dont know- instead of smiling and saying "i don't know i'm sorry". The staff will of course will kindly ask not to do this, although there is no tape anywhere on the box. Also for trying an electronic item, there is never any power in the devices on display. I went to try for the same device ones when they were out of power and again a few weeks later- same thing. But the staff just says they cannot power these because of electronic malfunction in the hidden power panels...WTF?!?!?!?! Is this a circus?!??! or kids at play!!??! I highly recommend against going to this media market with any expectation of assistance or service of standard !
A lot of choice, but bad service.
Dankjewel Mediamarkt... staat op de website dat jullie VANDAAG (2e Paasdag) geopend zijn van 11.00 - 22.00 uur. Komen we daar en wat denk je? Hartstikke gesloten... dat hele eind voor niets gereden. BEDANKT MEDIAMARKT... JE BENT TOCH WEL GEK!
Onjuiste productinformatie, klant onvriendelijk, slechte service. Onduidelijke info informatie op de site. Niet mijn winkel en ook niet de goedkoopste.
