I stayed for two days, gr8 hotel with good service but missed vegetarian food.
I liked this resort because of safety that resort provides. This hotel is also in suburb area, away from KL traffic congested areas. I had a very spacious double queen bedroom. Beds, furniture and bathroom were all in very good condition. Included free breakfast was excellent with many international choices.The shopping mall next door gives you a lot of food, shopping and entertainment options.
Good but expensive
We have stayed at this amazing hotel 3 times. What else can you say about it, simply amazing.
This is my third stay at Sunway Lagoon. Having stayed for 5, 6 and now 7 days I have found the hotel friendly and amenable. Superb, friendly staff make your stay the best. The theme park behind compares well to other water parks worldwide. Easy shopping next door. The food is superb with a wide range of choice. A quick trip to the LRT station sees you in downtown KL in 10 minutes. If you want a relaxed and enjoyable rest then Sunway is the place for you!
