Stayed 2 nights on business trips. Pluses. Reception excellent, fast check in and efficient. Breakfast not bad. .. not much effort into it. Room was quite spacious. I was in 206, 2nd floor facing the square and it meant 2 sleepless nights for the noise and lights. Ambulances, bus, shouting people. .. anything went. Room was a little cold. I tried turning the heat all the way up but still chilly. Also, 3 days 2 nights with the same towels is disconcerting. Not sure I would recommend..
Nice hotel. Clean rooms, not to small. Bed's are very stiff. Breakfast is good and in the weekend until 11.00h. Rooms at the street side are BAD! Very noisy and I couldn't sleep. We changed rooms to the back side!
Horribly run-down and dirty. Air conditioning didn't work, drapes didn't close, carpet in horrible condition. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Awful experience! I do strongly advice not choosing this hotel!. Rooms old and in bad conditions; the sink clogged and it was not possible to fix it; I moved to another room: same problem, sink clogged! Have been there for 2 nights and had to change my room 3 times as there was always something which did not work; rooms very noisy; the staff was neither kind nor professional at all! My personal stuff has been packed by the housekeeping and moved to another room during my absence and without my permission! I was mad! After having complained with the hotel manager, I got nothing but very dry apologies. I had a little bar of chocolate from the minibar and I have been charged 3.50 Euros for it! I left the hotel saying: "never more"!! Luisa, Brussels
