Poor customer service and limited availability of food/beverage items spoils the whole experience. The outlet itself is nicely designed and has location monopoly (being the only coffee shop within ISB) but has been unable to take advantage of either. Scope of improvement: 1) Extend timings till at least 12 midnight. Let the shop open up late in the afternoon. 2) Provide staff training in terms of communication, motivation and service delivery 3) Improve inventory management to ensure that most food/beverage items are available or change the menu. There should not be a disconnect.
