Idukki is such a beautiful place, in fact I would say better than Munnar and thekkady. And it got even more beautiful when we stayed at Goshen. From the stay to the food everything is at top notch. View from the hotel rooms and even from the dining hall is amazing. We also had the privilege of enjoying the beautiful campsite run by Goshen. They have quality trainers. On the whole its an amazing experience, totally loved it.
The location is just off the hook !! look out the window and you can see the great idukki arch dam. They have some awesome food, be it traditional keralan food or just your regular chinese. must haves are the porotta and chilli beef !! and also the traditional kerala biriyani. the rooms are service are also great if you are ever in idukki do visit this place, they also have some great camping packages.
Great food, brilliant location, staff are incredibly hospitable, I really enjoyed my stay at Goshen.
