I've visited this place at least 40 times in last 4 years. One thing that has always attracted me to Hops N Brew is its amazing Beer. On the other hand, what has always made me apprehensive about visiting this place is its pathetic service. Although I have been a victim of rudeness and misbehavior a lot of times, I always use to let go thinking that we are all human beings and as we say - To err is human. Anyways, the last time I visited this place was few days back on a Friday night with my brothers. As this place shuts by 12 (Which we weren't aware of that day), we asked the captain at 11:45 if it was ok to order a dispenser. Obviously they didn't deny it. But after 10 minutes their entire team was after our lives to finish it. I mean - Guys, have some brains. It takes time to finish a 3 litres dispenser. The conversation went so bad that one of my brothers almost got into a fight with Himanshu, the Manager who was fighting like some guy in street. Can you beat that? I regret I didn't call the police that day. And this was definitely not the first time, Mind it. What these people at North East Hospitality need to understand is that 'Customer is God' and there are 10 other Microbreweries in Gurgaon that offer better service, are economical and have better ambience. If this attitude remains, this place will shut down just like LEMP did. Being one of the oldest Microbreweries in town, but still has the lowest rating on Zomato. Coincidence? Hell no.
The bill provided by your staff was full of discrepencies. We were provided another bill after the bill was settled which wasn't our's. When we objected the same then your manager and the bouncer alleged us of misbehaving with girls and asked us to leave the premise. Absolutely disappointing and I'll ask my friends not to visit the place again. Regards, Sandeep
