I spent two very pleasant weeks there in Oct/Nov 2013. The room w3as fine, and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was far too much for one not used to Welsh breakfasts, but we found a happy medium. The clientele at the bar, from rugby boys from the college to regulars were very welcoming (thank you, Terry) and the stff were top notch. No complaints, in fact I had a great stay.

stayed on my own. had bad reviews but went against is. as one review was good. food is ok, a lot of it deep fried, wardrobe door held on by one hinge and wallpaper ripped by a cat it looked like. owner didn't seem caring or want to chat. plus a nice whiff of BO.
