Took my Honda Civic for a big service here a few days ago, Tony who dealt with my car knew exactly what he was talking about and a very friendly, honest guy. The mechanic who did the service knew what he was doing and my car was done in no time. with regards to pricing, when I was quoted it was pretty much half the price the main dealer quoted me and I probably received a better service from these guys! Will definitely be using these again!

I have been using Drive In for 25 years and they have serviced every car i ever owned (from my original Ford Capri to the M3's I had in my twenties and my (yawn) "children enforced" obsession with big Mercedes!). Dave and the team have always been courteous, helpful and honest - they do a good job and charge a fair price. They have MOT'd my cars (never actually had a fail for anything more than wiper blades or light bulbs which they have always just sorted for me) and serviced my last three Merc's. Better than a main dealer (I used BMW and Merc whilst cars were new and once got my M3 back from BMW with the rear wheels down the left side and the front wheels down the right combined with a damaged brake pipe!) Stopped using BMW at that point and switched to Drive In - also had Merc warranty replacement of a turbo even through Drive In had done the previous services - so it really doesn't invalidate your warranty to service out of the dealer network - and at least Drive In put your car back together properly. Had a couple of issues with things over the years, always quickly and efficiently had them sorted out - once even receiving a free valet as an apology for a minor slip up. All good - would recommend!

DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO GO.. Bad customer service, overly priced it defnitley seemed like it was a dodgy place. Why? My partner took his SEAT Leon in for wheel bearing doing, once this was fixed he drove the car to work and all of a sudden his Power Steering stopped working and locked. Then the car was taken back to the Drive In centre to work on, queried why this has happened when there has never been a problem with it before they said they hadnt done anything with the electrics. Very poor at contacting you when the car is ready etc.. My partner has had to keep calling them for an update which they came back saying it would be £1200 for a new power steering rack and only them and another company only fit this particular SEAT Vauxhall rack.. ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A PLACE...... so my partner decided to take his car elsewhere for it looking at..The car has been in and out of the garage since Monday when really only one day should of been enough as they FORGOT to do it one particular day... SO OVERALL HIGHLY PRICED, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I've been a satisfied customer of the DRIVE IN Service Centre for 13 years and I have never experienced less than excellent service. I now own a new model AUDI TT recently out of manufacturers warranty. 4 days ago I went to DRIVE IN without a booking and they diagnosed my passenger window regulator problem, ordered the part and fixed it in 4 hours ! This is outstanding service ! AUDI and the huge Bradford motor chain where I purchased the vehicle took 6 DAYS to fix the same problem on the drivers window regulator when it failed. . DRIVE IN took 4 hours without an appointment :0) DRIVE IN were also £130 cheaper than AUDI despite also fitting the same genuine AUDI parts. DRIVE IN have also looked after my Dad's SKODA FABIA for 10 years and ALL OF MY FRIENDS & FAMILY vehicles and have never failed to impress everyone. If they were not excellent I would not send my Dad or my family there to look after their vehicles. I am so delighted by their recent fix of my AUDI TT that I have taken the time to do this review to say thanks. In my honest opinion, there are some very obvious fake, negative comments about this garage from bitter competition to try and create negative feedback & reviews. My 13 years experience as a genuine customer at DRIVE IN are as follows: - The staff at Drive In are friendly, the service is excellent, prices are very competitive and I am grateful for their speedy fixes to my car that the main dealers simply cannot beat.
