Useless customer service...no direct number to the hotel....
The staff are very friendly and will help you in any way they can. My husband and myself stayed in the Executive suite for a long weekend. Ideal location for travelling in to Nottingham town centre We went to the Cave and the museum. Well worth it. Will definitely be going back.
Friendly staff and nice food. We were initially allocated a double room that was very small with no natural light and moved to an executive room for £30 extra per night. That was a bit of a downer. Still good overall

Well the service at this hotel is fantastic...staff are so helpful and very friendly. Have stayed at this hotel a couple of times now.....excellent prices.
