ME: (after queuing for some time at counter). Good afternoon. What toasted sandwiches do you have? HIM: (behind counter). Menus are on the tables. ME: But I'm here at the counter, so please can you tell me? HIM: Whaddaya think we have menus for? ME: OK, but please can you tell me? HIM: Ach, I dunno. Cheese, whatever.
We went into this cafe on a cold, windy spring Sunday and as it is on the edge of the car park we felt we had to pay to park although we only went into the cafe and drove off the car park again as soon as we came out so feel that perhaps customers should be issued with a free ticket whilst in the cafe! The fire that was advertised as being lit to warm customers up was not alight. Surroundings modest but OK until they allowed a dog in with its owners! A right turn off. Visited April 2013
