Poorly organised staff who don't know what they're doing and charge you different prices for the same drink. Toilet facilities have no soap, no working handdrier, no toilet paper, always dirty at the start of the night as if they haven't been properly cleaned ever. No working locks on some toilet doors. No working lights in the downstairs toilets so it's almost pitch black. Tables dirty and sticky, holes in the walls and broken glass bottles all over the staircases. Basically a complete shambles, and incredibly mismanaged. Such a shame because there could be a lot of potential, except for the fact that the place seems to employ people who don't want to lift a finger to make it an acceptable environment to be in.
