I agree with Dan. My wife got a puncture nearby and left the car there, they gave her a whole heap of BS and by the time she collected it there was £200 to pay for the new tyre plus 'extras'. Advise to push your car down whiteladies road and free-wheel to the next place!
I went to Kwikfit on a Sunday out of necessity as nowhere else was open. Extremely over-priced compared to my regular garage. They failed to clean the seal between the tyre and the rim so the next day the tyre was as flat as a pancake again. I called to ask for them to fit again and they explained that its was probably the wheel being in bad condition that was causing it to deflate....I therefore took the wheel to my regular garage who cleaned the rim up (as should be done on all tyre changes) and re-fitted the tyre....hey presto....no flat tyre... Will avoid this place like the plague in the future........and I suggest you do the same!
Have used them 3 times in the last 2 years and have never had any issues. Friendly and got the job done.
I went to quick fit to have a tyre replaced on my car. I was however very weary of going back to this place after poor customer service and service in the past. But much to my surprise it is now being run by a new manager who was extremely helpful he's customer service was brilliant and gave me the right advice the staff were very polite and I sat in reception had a cup of tea from the tea machine and read the news paper. They were extremely efficient and I would recommend them to a friend or family member.
Terrible service - bunch of bully boys. Chris the manager was particularly bad. Twice the price of competitors and expect them to 'find' other problems.
