Stunning food from young Jérémie Ollivier, each dish a treat for even the most demanding and discerning visitor. Set menu but you can pick the bits you want and they'll charge you pro-rata. Don't do this though - you'll miss some extraordinary flavours and textures. Menu of CHF 107 includes a lot of local/regional produce, but it's by no means tied to the Swiss foodie scene. Ollivier is French and he showcases his heritage in every dish. Wine list is mostly Swiss and with a caveat for the usual restaurant mark-up, decent value as these things go. Service a tad slow but that just gave us more time to rave about what we'd just eaten. Only open Thursday-Saturday evenings and not all year round. Well worth marking out a date in your diary for your next ski/mountain biking/lying by the pool holiday.
