Saleswoman acted as if my mother and I were a complete pain in her but. Huffing and scoffing at questions and inquiries as to sizes, styles, where to find things in the store. The first time I visited with my sister was wonderful 5/5, helpful and encouraging, this last time easily 0/5 and has made me NEVER want to return after how my mother and I were treated. Cashier refused to accept the turn in an old bra for 10% off as we were also using a 40 for 80. Cannot combine offers-fine. But don't be a complete ass-hat when I ask to split up the transactions, didn't even offer a referral card for first time customer. Not returning despite quality products-terrible sales experience.

I went to buy a gift certificate for my wife and the girls were fun and informative!

I went to this store with my mother to find her a bra. The owner of the store treated us absolutely horribly. My mother is a 60 year old woman, and therefore is more private about shopping for lingerie than some younger generations. The owner had thought that we had left (when really my mom had gone into the change room) and loudly and publicly (in front of all of the people in the fitting area, and those customers within earshot) made a completely rude, inappropriate, heartless and classless comment that made fun of my mother. when one of the the salesgirls informed the owner that we hadn't left, and that my mom was actually in a change room 2 ft away (my mother had overheard the WHOLE THING) the owner barged into my mothers change room (without knocking or asking permission first) and apologized to my mother. I went to console my mother, after the owner walked out, and I assumed that we would be leaving IMMEDIATELY. My mother was obviously, and for good reason, very hurt and upset. However our salesgirl was absolutely wonderful and quietly approached us and then convinced us to try on a couple of bras (because the store does have a good selection). She salesgirl gave us a great experience and we ended up finding a very nice fitting bra. The owner didn't show her face again for the rest of the time that we were in the store. You would think that that she would have offered some sort of incentive for us to stay other than an apology. It makes me sick that the money we spent on that bra will go towards the owner's profits, since her behavior was unacceptable, and mean. I am a future bride, and was planning on buying my bridal lingerie at that store - and after the way that my mother was treated I will never go back. I welcome any lingerie stores that are competitors of Bodacious Bustlines, as I would most certainly be another stores loyal customer than ever go to Bodacious Bustlines again.
