I ordered something called a stuffed potato. I tried a few bites and it tasted off to me. When I sent it back I was told that the chef, the manager and a server had tried it and thought it was OK. Then they had the gall to return the same potato to me AFTER the taste test by their staff. I returned the potato and when I went to pay, still had to pay for it, no trying to make the situation better or even for that matter right. On top of that after I had paid for my meal, they failed to clear the amount off the till and the next person to pay was charged for his meal and ours!!! until he asked why a $ 13 rib meal cost $30+. and it was changed. Very shoddy, very poor idea of customer service. And others in our group shared my opinion of the restaurant, its food and service.
