Terrible!! The waitress sat us in a booth that the floor was full of water due to what looked like a burst pipe. The rest of the restaurant was empty! Then after we ordered, someone arrived and was drilling and hammering the wall beside our booth for the entire meal! I couldn't even hear my friend across the table. Our teas came out, both cold... And the meals took forever to arrive. Once they did arrive, the food was decent. Not once did the server apologize for the noise, but also she didn't even stop by our table until our meal was done to drop off the bill. Absolutely horrendous service.
This is the worst Boston Pizza I have ever been in. Our server was great. However the other server over served the table behind us so much that when the guys went outside to smoke they were falling on the ground. Then when they returned and our food came out one of them got sick at the table. When we asked the server about this she confronted us and started to defend the actions of them, she furthered the conversation by telling us that she had done the same thing.
This restaurant markets an extremely racist local hockey mascot. If they want to be inclusive, they should distance themselves from that disgusting iconography.
Check your order when you do takeout before you pay for it!, They forgot about 20 dollars in food.
