I have been to the Shark Club numerous times and the service is usually pretty good. However my last visit was terrible. I went there with a group of friends who meets every week. We usually go to other places but were thinking of making Shark Club our usual weekly meeting place. After this experience I doubt we will be back. The food was good. The waitress was great at keeping our drinks refilled. However I asked for my bill before anyone else at the table because I needed to leave to tend to other things. After 25 minutes of waiting she finally brought the bill. Even though she had the debit machine with her and I had my credit card out she then walked away. She proceeded to ask if the other people at the table needed their bills. She then brought all of their bills and started taking payment at the other end of the table first, even though we had asked and been waiting. It took 35 minutes from when we asked for the bill to when we were actually able to pay for it. This is totally unacceptable.

In the past this has been a pretty good place; good service as well as food. However, myself and few friends were there very recently and had a pretty terrible experience. Either the beer that we were drinking or the glasses that we were drinking from had an odor to it..... We sent numerous beer back (which were replaced) but the result was the same. The acting manager came over and instead of looking for a way to make our experience better actually was a snotty little jerk. I guess why would you want white collar guys in your establishment anyway?!?

I actually go to this place quite often. The food is good and its the atmosphere is what you would expect at a sports bar. The service is just great. The waitresses are very helpful and attentive. Even when it's busy all the staff and the managers are always making sure you are being taken care off. It doesn't take long to get your food or drinks. I eat out at least 5 times a week and after a couple of years this is still one of my favorite places to go.

I had a good time here! The service was friendly and efficient, the food was tasty, and it was a really comfortable place to hang out with friends. I'd definitely go back.

loud and the waitresses don't seem to have time for women. they hung around three all guy tables and totally ignored us. i guess they feel women aren't going to tip for cleavage
