Points off for lackluster beverages, which also precludes it being exceptional. Several visits, each time my various drinks were borderline acceptable. [My coffee shop rating system: 2 stars for beverage quality, 1 star for food quality, 1 star for service, and 1 star for the truly exceptional establishment.]
