My friend had a burger and it came with a home made pasta salad, which was delicious, but very normal for this kind of establishment. To my surprise, my lunch swept off my feet. Namely, I ordered a steak tartar apetizer (as a lunch) : it was seasoned to perfection, served with brussel sprouts over a balsamic vinaigrette with authentic honey. It was very gourmet and it knocked all the competition down. Also, Le Blues offers a very creative lemonade with marashino cherries, which I strongly recommend. Today's lunch included veal liver with mashed potatoes and paté chinois.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. On mange bien et l'ambiance de style pub y est conviviale. Malheureusement, le service laisse parfois à désirer, il faut choisir ses soirées.
