Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! I highly recommend nobody who cares about cleanliness and their wallet set foot in that place. My girlfriend and I ordered a pizza and there was a piece of chewed up carrot under one of the slices as well as a piece of pickle skin. We brought this to the attention of our waiter, who after checking with the manager, had the nerve to tell us that they couldn't give us a discount for that. We complained some more and after he went back to talk to the manager a second time, he gave us a meager 10% discount. I feel like it should've been 25%. This is simply unacceptable for a restaurant like Boston Pizza. And on top of that, their pizzas are extremely expensive for what it is...$25 for a medium pepperoni pizza is just absurd! Do not ever go there. Keep your money and order pizza from somewhere else or go to a real Italian restaurant.
This place has a knack for hiring great staff. Their food is always perfect no matter what I order, you get friendly service always and quick service. I's a major hot spot during UFC which I also love.

Food is always great, love the service, and the atmosphere. We also get delivery alot. One of my favourite resteraunts period.
