Bad service. Called to reserve a table for the soccer game. Was told they are not reserving table. Stood in line, got in just to find out they had rserved tables. Told they were for sinerors, then a bunch of kids sit at the table that was reserved for "sinerors". Bunch of crap. Will never be back.

II read the reviews from before and find something in common with all of them; the management. My family and I were vacationing at the beach this summer and chose to go to Boston PIzza because both my kids and husband enjoy the food. Our server was incredibly friendly, and was with us promptly and took our order. When my personal size pizza arrived, i noticed they had forgotten a vital topping to my BBQ CHICKEN pizza. There was no chicken... Go figure. So I managed to get the manager's, Sandy, attention and she said she'd bring it back and get me a new one. HOWEVER, when my server came back to deliver the pizza, it was clearly the same pizza as A) the bite which I had taken from it was still there and B) the crust was now rock hard as they had probably put it back through the oven for a second time! So I notify my server who gladly tried to offer me something else and I refused because we were pressed for time as we were returning home and had a four hour drive ahead of us. She said she'd get her manager to discount the bill. HOWEVER, shortly afterwards the manager came over and said very rudly that she doesnt give away food, that she would not discount the bill, or take the pizza i had NOT eaten off the bill, but that she could give me a "free pizza" card for my next visit or get the kitchen to make me a new one to-go. This card, HOWEVER, was valid only at the beach BP and seeing as we were going to be on the road for the next four hours, I clearly could not conserve the CHICKEN pizza. I explained this to her and she very rudly still declined! I still don't understand the difference.... taking it off the bill now or giving me a card which allows me to have it for free later. As she walked away, I saw her server approach her and ask what was going on with the bill and I overheard Sandy saying "They're tourists, they won't be back here anyway". I was appauled and frustrated. My server came to see us shortly afterwards and sincerely apologized and said normally with the management whom WEREN'T the OWNERS of the restaurant that the bill would have been discounted. Our server was fantastic and I felt bad for her having to put up with such a rude boss...OH, and thats not the end of it... as we were walking out the door...I hear Sandy telling her server that she discounted the bill of the table beside us because the woman had lost her husband this past spring..... Are you kidding me? I guess she's not aware that these "tourists" come back every summer and will never eat at this BP ever again... we also know many people in the area;family and friends whom we talk to about such ridiculousness and who are also disgusted by such behaviour. And to think....my local friends tell me Sandy attempted running for mayor...and Alex attempted running for the Liberal party. Glad they're not my community leaders...

Went to the Boston Pizza at Wasaga Beach with my wife. Found a dead insect in the appetizer salad. Was offered another salad as a replacement (we declined because that is where the first bad salad came from) Plus the salad was wilted and brown to start with. They wisked the plate away and still charged us for the full meal. Small town Wasaga Beach, and a long dead season. Someone is going to lose their shirt with bad food and poor service.

There is nothing worse than walking out of a reataurant hungry and that is exactly what happened to me. My husband and I were seated and a young waitress approached us and asked if we were ready to order, we let her know that we would need a few moments and she returned a short while after and took our order. It was not a busy evening in the restaurant and yet it took at least 30 minutes to recieve our salads. My husbands greek salad contained enormous chunks of green pepper that were not fresh and included the brown ends of the pepper. Our dinner did arrive almost immediately after our salads were finished and thats where the fun began. My husband ordered the chicken parmagean with spaghetti and red meat sauce which came with such little sauce that we had to ask for a side of pasta sauce. I had ordered strip loin medium rare and when I cut into the steak the blood actually squirted out and stained about 1/4 of my garlic mashed potatos. I managed to get the attention of our waitress and as soon as she reached the table she said..and I quote "Oh my God that is really rare!" She proceeded to return that steak to have one cooked properly. 15 minutes later as my husband was almost finished his meal I had to leave my seat and approach the hostess to inquire as to where my meak may be. The hostess went back into the ktchen and about 2 or 3 minutes later came back out with the same steak that I had cut into earlier --now burnt and completely well done....oh yeah and the same mashed potatos were sitting on the plate. At that point the hostess said "I don't know whats wrong with the cook tonight"...She did then ask me if I wanted to order something else and foolishly I said no that I was really in the mood for my steak and that was what I really wanted to eat. The third steak arrived at our table approx. 1 and 1/2 hours after we had arrived and was practically mooing!!!!!! The hostess was visibly angry.....and by this time so was I!!!!!!! By then I had completely lost my patience and told the hostess that I would not be ordering anything else and that if she felt the need to charge me for anything that evening she could do so now. To my amazement the waitress then resurfaced with a bill for my husbands meal, our drinks...I do understand that my husband ate his meal but not once was I approached and offered a drink, an appetizer anything while I waited for the cook to learn how to cook a steak. I let the hostess know that I was not impressed with the fact that I was being made to pay the bill in its entirety and her answer was we didnt charge you for your steak.....I WOULD HOPE NOT!!!!! She proceeded to give me the # and email address to the owners Alex and Sandy and I called and spoke to Alex the following day and thats when I was flabbergasted. This guy was sooooooooooooooo rude!!!!! He totally disbelieved anything I had to say, cut me off when I was speaking and really seemed to be annoyed with the fact that I bothered to calll in at all. When all was said and done I ended up acrss the parking lot eating A Harveys hamburger...at least the staff their was friendly.... Customer service is definately not in the forefront of these owners minds.... With owners like that I dont know how this place survives!
