We used to go here every Thursday night for wings and beer. Liked to sit up at the bar area on any of the 4 high top tables. These tables were always first come, first serve. Then after a year, they changed their policy to take reservations in the bar area. We show up and see several empty tables, but would be told they were reserved. I was told that if I wanted a table, I should make a reservation. I really dislike having to make a reservation to sit at the bar to have wings and beer, but if that's the way to get a table, then I decided I would. After making reservations three times, I was told that I could never reserve the front two tables again for wing night. When I enquired as to why? I was told that they were permanently reserved by special guests and we could not sit there again! Not a problem, I will never enter the place again, and would encourage anyone who is not special to do the same.
We have been to Kelsey's in Tillsonburg a few times and have done take out.The staff have been great. The fish and chips (with coleslaw that is great) are really good not from a box made fresh and they have never burned it like some other Kelsey's (Waterloo). We have tried many other items on menu potato skins great, pulled pork good, burgers great... list is to long to re write the menu. Great place friendly and worth going.

The best Kelsey's around, ... Best service and the owner's show that they care and come and make sure eveything's alright and take the time to talk and ensure everything's perfect
This Kelesy's was the best. Now it's awful. What a shame.
