Terrible. Service is slow, the manager is surly and the place is run down. They have dollar store hardware holding things together in the bathroom.
Every time my wife and I have gone to the Stratford Kelsey's, we've had nothing short of a wonderful time. The meals were prepared quickly and efficiently, and the staff were both quick to serve and very polite. As my wife and I both work in the food service industry, we're more than aware that everybody has a bad day, and sometimes they're not at their A-Game, but the effort is always made by all the staff members. We go to this Kelsey's about once a month, and every time has been fantastic. We always leave happy, and we always have a great experience. Should you be in Straford and are looking for some delicious fare, head to Kelsey's. Not to say the other restaurants in town aren't without their charms - I've probably stopped in at each one over the course of my living here, but the Kelsey's is always reliable and friendly, and it's good to know you can go to a place that is consistently good! Keep up the great work!
