Normally I wouldn't give a hoot about reviewing a Tim Horton's but it was so incredibly abysmal that I feel compelled. The staff is mostly rude and do not listen well. There are exceptions to this, but 9/10 visits fill me an utter sense of disappointment at how customer service could be so awful. I have never ONCE had them get my order 100% correct. When I order a tea with 2 milks/1 sugar, they give me a tea with 2 cream/2 sugar. When I order an everything bagel toasted with herb and garlic, they give me an everything double toasted with plain cream cheese. It's literally like clock work. You make an order, they get it wrong. The drive-through is slower than molasses in January. I've been the only one in line and waited more than 8 minutes for a COFFEE. This Tim Hortons may be single handedly causing a hole in the ozone. This restaurant, if you choose to call it that, is one of the most disgusting and unsanitary places I have ever been. I've never seen a clean surface in it, and I've been there at all hours. Just yesterday, my friend and I walked in, and were met by swarms of at least 20 flies... ...and BEES. You read that right. BEES. And I don't mean a bee got in the store. I don't mean 4 bees got into the store and were curious about the oceans of un-wiped-up-sugar-water-all-over-the-place. I mean there were at least 15 bees. On the ceiling, and IN THE DONUT CASE. This wasn't a couple bees. IT WAS THE GODDAMN BEE-POCALYPSE. Several people left the store, WHILE WAITING FOR THEIR FOOD. When I talked to the cashier, she said "Yeeeaaahhh...they're just kind of everywhere". Go to Coffee Lodge down the street. The staff are great, the coffee is delicious, and the atmosphere is yellow-jacket free.
got dark roast half hot chocolate today. no coffee taste mostly water.3rd bad experience.daughters French vanilla watery dumped out 2nd time.no other tims this bad for me I give up. too bad to rate
Staff is to young and never gets orders right, afternoon drive thru staff is very slow. Go to timmie's by the highway. Much better run there
The rudest staff I have ever encountered. Everytime I go to this timmies, I leave disgusted.
