I gave a star because I had to to write a review. I've gone there a few times and each time had a bad experience. Twice in a row I had hair on my food. Once, the ceiling was dripping on our table and food. The food it's self, if it isn't a pizza, is always sub par. There aren't too many places in Pembroke to go to, so I gave it a few tried and have always been let down. I wouldn't recommend this Boston Pizza to anyone, and would tell them to avoid it!!

I have eaten here on my way through town several times now. The pecan salad is a great deal! I did have an undercooked pizza once - and only once - and when my server found out she fixed the problem for me immediately!
