been here before , felt it was sort of the average boston pizza , it does have a good location in busy part of city and good staff . its your typical boston pizza , if you like the chain you'll like this one too . but its not the most interesting place to go in north bay
First off food, drinks, and variety are all good if you're looking for a good place to eat this could be your restaurant but if you're looking for a sports bar look else where. This is my third time coming for a sporting event. First time for world cup and it was OK except the 4 main TVs over the bar all have banners blocking parts of the view. The second time was for the NHL draft which they refused to put sound on for because they had other customers ( 6 of them ) that MIGHT not want to hear that so they play music instead... Its a sports bar and they chose music over sports? The third time we went for the world cup again and had to remind them that it was even on, then they spent forever finding the game and put the SD channel on when the HD version was one down. Left sound off for about 5 mins until someone asked.. Its really not that bad but there sports bar doesn't seem to really feel like a sports bar at heart. Its a good quick fix but there is better out there.
The food was great.we all had pasta it was really good.Nicole was our server she had a big smile.I been a server for 15 years.Nicole was wonderful.
What a nightmare. Ate dinner tonight while on a business trip. Ordered Pizza and crust came out 25% cooked (all doughey). Sent it back and next pizza came out burnt on top, and half cooked crust!!!????. Ended up getting compensated for bowl of pasta, and tried to explain to Manager that I could not turn in an expense account for only beers for dinner. Could not comp alcohol so I ended up paying more for a dinner that showed food on the bill. What a screwed up place. Waiter seemed mad that I had to get the Manager involved to get a bill I could submit on my expense report. I'll be back to North Bay, but will NOT come back to this place!
