We booked a standard queen room while traveling across Canada on our Harley. We expected a normal Best Western based on the relatively low room rates (AARP). As it turned out, this is probably the best Best Western we've ever stayed at. The rooms are modern and well equipped with all the amenities you'd expect. Plus, in our case, we were upgraded to their largest king whirlpool suit at no additional charge... although it would have been a very pleasant stay without the upgrade. Don't go looking off the premises for a restaurant... eat at their onsite restaurant, which has excellent food & service at a reasonable price (considering the quality).

We've stayed here a few times when we had to return to Kingston, mostly for deaths in the family, unfortunately. They've always been very kind and helpful, and gave us their best room rate throughout our stay due to the circumstances. Will likely continue to stay there when the occasion takes us back there.
Friendly staff, great value, out-of-date rooms and poor internet sums up the experience. 7/10.
