I would like to congratulate one of your employees, unfortunately, I did not get her name. She served us breakfast on Sunday, March 16 and she was visually impaired. We are hockey parents, who have traveled to a lot of cities and eaten in a number of McDonalds, but the service we received from her was EXCELLENT. We did not use the drive thru because the previous day it was too slow and I am glad. This girl was polite, and extremely helpful. She tried to run our order through in different ways to save us money, she told us of the deal if we wanted to try the new maple pie but could get two for a better price.and she gave us her honest opinion of items that she had tried. She was very courteous and cheery, for a Sunday morning. If I knew she was working I would go there every day. She should be commended for her great service.
In definite agreement with the previous poster. My husband and I eat at this McDonald's at least 4 times a month for the past four months now and the staff have yet to get our order right on the first try (sometimes even the second and third try too). ALWAYS double check your order before you leave, even if that means unpacking your bag on the counter or holding up the drive-thru line. Also, be prepared to wait longer than you would expect to get your food, especially if you are not in the drive-thru. I've waited 15 minutes to get one BLT bagel on a Wednesday morning with hardly any other customers to compete with. The food tastes like all regular McDonald's food and the inside is like all the other McDonald's out there. Staff is nice enough and bilingual. Overall verdict: Avoid.
Worst service. Fast is not what I'd describe this place.
