Great atmosphere good amount of tv's for sporting events

Stay away from this place, unless you like rude staff and crappy food, there are skeletons in this closet for sure.

Nice place, terrible service. Waitress's do not understand what customer service is, they take forever will gabbing away to co-workers, rude when you ask why it is taking so long, and cater to the local drunks because of there excess spending on alcohol. Food usually takes longer then it should. Prices are good on a light note. Wings take forever on wing night, sometimes come out cold, and the servers always are reluctant to get you "one more plate" on the supposed all you can eat wing night. Needs new owners to clean house and make customer service a priority. I have been there 5-8 times over the course of 2 years, mostly because it is close. Now I go to the Courtyard for great service, great wings "much better the the bitmore", just as good prices, better parking, as the bitmore has horrible, horrible parking, as the local drunks sit in there and take up much of the spots in the overcrowded parking lot. Save yourself a hassle and go somewhere else,

I've been to the Bittmore on a couple of occasions with an OK experience until a few weeks ago. A friend and i walk into the place on a quite thursday night to watch a sporting event and we seat ourselves in the corner after clearly being acknowledge by the waitress, 15 minutes later still no service. We decide to switch seats to a better few point of the TV's and perhaps we might get quicker service. The Waitress tells we can't seat there because they are reserved seats. No one in sight to been seen waiting for the seats, so we politely refuse and complain about the lack of service. The lead Waitress than proceeds to come over and start arguing with us and threatens to have the bouncer take us outside. Needless to say we just walked right out and proceeded to shoeless joe's. Where we had great service. I've never had such poor service and to be threaten to be physically removed is appalling. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I've been going to the bit more for the past two years and the customer service is okay but I would not recommend going there for all you can eat wings I've been there before for wings and they always come out dry and tasteless
