After spending the last several years working for Tim Horton's I know what good service should be. This experience was far from it. We went through drive-thru, and the order taker was polite and ensured that she had our order correct. When we got the the window, nobody wanted to serve us. We also heard that they were our of the bagels for our order. Finally someone took our money and gave us our drinks and asked us to pull ahead (which is not allowed according to Tim Horton's Head Office). After we pulled ahead, we had to wait another 10 minutes for someone to bring out our bagels.
If you have run out of a specific kind of bagel, please ask if we would like to have it substituted for another kind. We chose drive-thru because we wanted FAST service.
Also to mention, our food that we waited for, was not barely warm, not even close to being satisfactory.
This is not the experience that I was always instructed to give to the customers of Tim Hortons.
