Visited this place prior to Christmas as it was chosen for our Chirstmas party. The service was slow and the food was terrible. I will not return to this establishment nor will I recommened it to anyone looking to dine out in Truro.

Been here twice, first time the food took 45mins to get to our table. When it did arrive it was decent for pub food, I will admit. Well yesterday we decided to give them another shot. Food took 35 mins to come to our table and no it was not busy. When it arrived the two piece fish and chips was 2 big chunks of batter with about 1.5" square piece of fish in the middle! We complained and about 15 mins later...when we were pretty much done our meals a little piece of crusty brown over cooked fish shows up on our table! Oh and I don't know how it is possible to screw up curry mayo...ie. curry powder and mayonnaise mixed together...but these guys did it...worst tasting curry mayo I ever had! ALSO....they have fountain pop that is not bottomless and it comes in the smallest glass they can find. All in all...we will never be eating here again and advise you to do the same :)
