Lothar's is my favorite restaurant in Shelburne for sure - the food is beyond exceptional. The menu is filled with delights in every category and the special theme nights are an unforgetable experience with 4 and 5 course meals and I am not sure how they can provide that much food for the price they charge. Extraordinary flavour and flair make a dining experience a memorable one and Lothar is often known to leave the kitchen and make his rounds in the dining room to ensure his guests are receiving the best of everything.
This is a unique place. Lothar is a great cook and in his cosy restaurant you can be sure that you will be spoiled. Not only the soups are great, but as well the different main courses - but try to save some place for an unforgettable dessert. Lothars Cafe is worth a detour for sure!
