I've only attempted this place for breakfast a couple times, in which I was waiting for literally an hour. The first half hour was for someone to even take my order ( where I was first in line of the poor souls who just wanted coffee and also had to wait that long! ) and other half was waiting for it (which turned out to be put together wrong).
