the TH at 8100 highway 3b in Trail BC is the slowest Ive ever been to (and Ive been from NS to BC). The staff are non-caring almost to the point of being rude. Yesterday(Mar 4/14) I sat in the drive through for 9 minutes (with only 2 cars ahead of me) and watched a staff come out, take a sign off the drive through speaker, walk to the back of the building, have a half of smoke and go back in. When I placed my order, it was with the worker who I saw outside. Why didn't/couldn't another staff take my order instead of me sitting there waiting? The usual wait time at this drive through is 6-8 minutes (on a good day). I have sat there for as long as 16 minutes before. A good portion of the time they still don't get the order right, its the wrong amount of cream/sugar or the wrong size or the wrong product altogether. They are slow, unfriendly and the quality of service is pathetic. I think it would be quicker and the service better if I drove to the Castlegar store 32 km away. I think McDonalds will be getting my coffee service from now on.
