From all the establishments Terrace has to offer I definitely visit Boston Pizza the most. I have been working in Terrace for the last few months and quickly recognized that this was the place to be. Good food, huge flat screens, nice patio, new booths and great service. The waitresses here are super friendly and actually know what they are doing which is a nice change from the regular. I will say though, if you plan on going to this place on a major sporting event night be prepared to possibly wait for a table and have a little extra time for the food just for the simple reason that this place gets completely packed. As long as you keep that in mind though and don't mind waiting a few extra minutes, you'll still get the same great service and good food.
It was a busy night, but it took 45 minutes just for our appy.when the food did come, the steak was cold and they forgot to cook the chicken fingers. It took another,20 minutes to get the chicken fingers and they came cold as well.
horrible first experience. we sit down, order a burger. and some salad & chicken fingers. well after 45 minutes the food came. there was maybe 6 people in there. the burger was wrong. had to be sent back. 5 minutes later i got the burger back. all i needed was a new bun. :/ asked for ketchup, and she might as well have gone to china to get it. 5 minutes later she shows up with ketchup. our waitress was waiting for a phone call. we had to stand up and go find her to ask for a pepsi, or we'd never hve gotten it. a burger, 2 watered down pepsis, and a small appie.. 35 dollars. shame.
