My wife and I often get ice caps from this location and 8 out of 10 times there is syrup and ice cap spilled all over the lid which we have to clean up before drinking. When purchasing an ice cap supreme often they will just put a dot of whip cream on the top. It seems the manager puts very little to no effort into quality.
