Worked here for less than 3 months in which myself and other employees were bullied by two individuals like it was junior high. Upon complaints made by both employees and customers, the owner still to this day refuses to part way with these two people who despite having excellent serving skills are known through-out the community for their pety immaturity and absolutley horrific customer service skills. The owners are fantastic and practically every other employee is top-notch, but allowing your employees to be talked down to constantly is going to lower productivity levels. Have heard nothing but complaints during my time as a host there and decided that as someone who isn't 12 that I would prefer not to work for a place who employs as they do, thus unfortunatley forcing me to leave on bad terms. I do not eat at this restaraunt anymore unless my family or friends desperatley want to and even then, I request specific waiters and waitresses to avoid the un-necessary drama of individuals that will remain nameless (cause all you have to do is ask the host or other employees who they are).
Waited one hour for food to arrive, 5/8 orders were wrong, sent them back, came back wrong again. Waited another hour for server to return to tell her orders were not correct- by this time people had given up and just ate what they were given.... no offer to refill drinks, remove plates and bring bill for another hour. Was booked as a birthday party, no cake ever arrived. Two hours to order and pay full price for items not received!!!! NO APOLOGY OR OFFER TO CORRECT. WILL NOT RETURN
