Like all BP's the food is pretty tasty, but the service at sylvan's BP's is very hit and miss, a lot of the time the ladies in the lounge like visiting more than checking up on their clients. The other day I walked in two of them were sitting chatting with another, I sat down, they saw me, but still took a good 2-3 minutes to even head over my way as they continued chatting. Sometimes its good, most the time its okay'ish, but I've certainly had a few bad experiences their as well.
Absolutely garbage treated like crap. Ordered the lasagna had a hair in it. I refused to pay they called the cops. Cops threatened to charge me with fraud if I didn't pay!!!! I didn't even take a bite. I didn't order hair. Worst experience of my life!!!!!
To expensive for frozen food to begin with. Tried to order delivery since they have a large menu. Informed me it would only take two hours. No thanks. Last time.
horrible nuked frozen chicken especially bad the second time they re heated it gave me 25 % off for inedible food
Not a place for struggling families. Double and triple the price of comparable restaurants. Cheaper to eat at a real 5 star restaurant. Also, its average food like any other popular pizza/pasta place so why pay for the name.
