The service was horrible and the food not the usual Boston Pizza quality. We were very disappointed.
When we were charged for the pizza on Saturday March 17 for a children's birthday party, there was a mistake on the bill. No effort was made to correct it when when the manager was notified of the error. What is up with that?

Waited over 30 minutes for food to arrive. Was sitting in lounge with only 3 other customers in the place. Two women working seemed to almost shun us - when they did bring us something they set it down and walked away without even acknowledging us. Poor service and attitudes.
