We live in St Albert, and dine out frequently. We used to go to this restaurant years ago, when it was Ric's Grill, but it went downhill then eventually closed. We have been to Blue Rare 3 times now, and I have had steak each time. It was cooked to perfection! Delicious! (try it with the Boursin..to die!:)) My husband and daughter have also really enjoyed their meals, and the staff are friendly and courteous. I hope this restaurant does well, because it sure beats standing in line for an hour at The Keg! :)
