I went to this very location in Leduc at the end of January 2012. I finished my delivery run and decided to have my lunch break. I'm working for a courier company and I drive a truck and trailer. I can go to plenty of McDonald's locations all around Edmonton and I never encounter any problems (and sometimes I park with a long box trailer, without any problems). To make sure I parked without making annoyance for the customers, I parked along the sidewalk inside the parking lot, on the driveway leading to the parking lot then to the drive-thru. I wasn't blocking anything, all vehicles could enter without being stuck or being in a tight space. So, I went inside, ordered my meal, then sat in the restaurant and started to enjoy my lunch when suddenly one of the two managers on duty, a lady, came to see me and asked me to move my truck and to LEAVE IMMEDIATELY the property. I said I wasn't blocking anything or anybody (obviously she doesn't have any sense about vision of space I guess and I should have take her outside to let her see I was right...) and I didn't really appreciate the tone she used to tell me to do so. I said "I do not cooperate with rude people" (and Edmontonians are very good at that, sorry to say!) and hypocritely she said she wasn't talking to me rudely. So I continued to eat when the second manager came, a man with the black shirt. He was even more rude than the lady, he was talking to me and telling me to leave, VERY rudely. Even a police officer of any kind wouldn't talk like that and using that tone of voice. Not any "PLEASE" or "THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING" (neither from the lady manager by the way!). So I left very frustrated... I came there to have a relaxing moment during my break time, spent $11-12 for a meal and this is the way they treat a customer?? Just because I was parked with a big vehicle?? They flushed me from their restaurant like a vulgar piece of cloth!! They can F*** OFF! I would NOT recommend this place, NOT AT ALL! Not if you have a big truck, but just because they are totally UNFRIENDLY. I will never come again to this place where such a bitch and a douche bag are managing as such! And speaking about their manager positions... they should learn better what "Managing" or "Being a manager" means, they're completely off the tracks. Period!

Renovated and fast at lunch hour as they have like 20 people working. Also has a play place.

I have had nothing but good service at this location, The staff are very efficient, fast and friendly, out of all the the MC Donald's locations I would return here over and over again. I love the way they have redone the inside to make it feel like a sit down restaurant rather then a fast food place. What people need to understand is that when they come into the restaurant and get charged for MC Chicken packets or an extra nugget sauce the person at the front counter or drive-thru is only doing there job, plus it costs extra for the store to purchase these items and for a location like leduce which is owner-operator these extra purchases start to add up. So for all you people who complain about the extra ten cents just suck it up and pay.
