Never. Again. I was staying at the Best Western (right across from the restaurant), and decided to place an order. It was a simple order. Two beef dips, one with mozza cheese, and an appetizer of spring rolls with a side of gravy. So I walk over, get my food, and go back to my hotel to find that there is no gravy. This simple mistake is understandable. So I call, go back, and get my gravy. Upon opening my beef dip container, I realize that there is NO DIP. Not only is there no dip in my container but none in my mother's either. The cheese that she ordered on her sandwhich is sprinkled all over her fries and her sandwhich. Now I'm upset. I call, again, and go back over. They have no management on for the night, and the lady at the counter doesn't even know the number for her own restaurant for me to call tomorrow (when I leave for home.) Now I've got my dip, which was given to me COLD, and I'm back at my hotel, where my food is also cold. Not impressed. I will NEVER come back.
the service sucks. what happen to customer service. someone slap everyone in that building.
I didn't like it very much. Service was okay. I spent most of my time hitting on the waitress. But it wasn't awesome. The coffee was strong and tasted good. It was very dry, very, very, very dry. However. I'll visit again! It's the best restaurant in this barren wasteland of a town.
Not happy, Food not cooked and not good service.
