Food wasn't special...I have had much better donairs and this place is super expensive. For a Donair and Fries you're looking at close to $15 with taxes. Yikes! Wanted to get a regular hot dog for my kids, and it was $5 per dog. But I guess there really aren't many places to eat in Gibbons, so Sal's can afford to rip people off. I won't be going there again...going to eat at Fort Saskatchewan from now on.
Bar tenders are awful! They are more concerned with there phone & boyfriends sitting @ the bar than the customer. The place is rarely busy but the service in the bar is consistently slow & just plain bad. The food is fine, it's clean but definitely needs new help.
The donair I had there was sub par. The vege's on it were way past their prime.
