So people who complain about service obviously think that just because they come in the front door ,the employees serving other customers are supposed to drop everything and cater to their every whim. I've been in that shop nearly every day for the past 5 years and they are extremely busy. All customers are served professionally and politely. Just because a couple of people weren't fawned over doesn't mean that they don't provide good service. They are also the most honest dealership I've ever encountered.

I took my car to be fixed at OK TIRE in Fox Creek. They kept the vehicle for close to two weeks without doing any work on it. I went there three times along the two weeks period and they always told me "No problem we will check on it and call you this afternoon or tomorrow" Well, that never happened. Last time I went there I asked if someone knew if my car was ready, but the lady there didn't have a clue about it. They kept the car in their driveway for few days and the last couple of days they parked my vehicle across the street. I didn't call her names or anything, I just asked for my car key to take it somewhere else to be fixed, but she didn't give me the key. I told her to find out what was the situation with my car or I would have to involve police. One hour later someone from OK Tire called all up set because "I abused his staff" If asking if the value of my money wasn't good enough for them and asking the reason why they never called me to let me know what was happening with my car is enough to scare a person, well they are on the wrong business. I wasn't yelling or using gross language so WHERE IS THE ABUSE? Number one, no customer service. They could call me to tell me, "Well, we don't have the parts yet, we can't tell you how long before we get them" or something, not just ignore the person and every time the customer goes asking for his/her car don't tell "We gonna call you later today or tomorrow" if they are not willing to make a phone call. There are cell phones, land lines, pay phones. There is no excuse to ignore people like this. So what happen to a person who depends only on one vehicle? Number two: Don't call the customer trying to play OK TIRE as the victim to shake off the lack of professionalism and lack of respect for customers. If they are serious about their business they will call and tell customers what is going on with their requests. So don't call the customer trying to make him/her like the bad guy after you screwed up big time, be responsible and accept your fault. Number three, don't leave a vehicle unattended in public road just because you don't have enough room in your location to keep it. If you accept a vehicle for repairs you are responsible for it at the moment you take the keys from the customer, no matter if is BMW or an old Impala like mine. I am willing to pay for the repairs so that's why a took it to the garage. Tell me to take it back (since is OK to drive it) pay a deposit for the parts and bring it in back when you can work on it. We understand Fox Creek is a remote location so chances are parts or any kind of goods needed in town for any purpose have to by ordered and it takes few days. We are not stupid!!! Very irresponsible and unprofessional. I will never recommend OK TIRE in Fox Creek Alberta at all.
