I took a group of Girl Guides on an outing to Waterton and specifically planned to make a stop at P&C as I had researched them on the net and it looked like a fun place to take a youth group. Also, other reviewers said the food was good. We arrived at the restaurant at peak dinner hour, when they should be prepared for people to be around, and found a completely empty facility. Thinking this would be good news for us in getting quick service, I asked for a table for nine and was brusquely told I needed a reservation as our group was too large and there were only two people working the kitchen (and one idle waitress - apparently). When I protested that two people should be able to make a couple pizzas I was cut off, by the young man at the prep counter who couldn't even be bothered to look at me when he spoke, and told again, rather rudely, "you need a reservation for more than seven people". I've never heard of anything so ridiculous...thinking we should have gone in two groups and ordered separately. I would understand if the place was busy, but I think I could serve pizza to nine people in my own kitchen if I had to. For sure will never go back there, and will discourage anyone from visiting a place where "a rule the boss made" trumps common sense.

The restaurant has recently been taken over by new management. Fun pastries and cakes for purchase as well as great pizza!
