Eddie burger used to be our favorite place to have a good burger in Banff. We took our family that were visiting us from the U.S to there and claimed that you will have your best burger in your life. But, such a disappointing food! We asked and they said the chief has changed. The quality of meat was poor and it tasted awful. we will never get back to this place.
Had the Eddie Mac burger with Poutine. Fantastic food and service!
Great all round good and drinks
Wow, we were very disappointed with our experience with Eddie Burger on January 18, 2014. The staff were friendly, but only had one waitress for the whole restaurant (which if fairly small and tight). They only had time to barely take the order and deliver the food. We ordered 4 signature Eddie Burgers and one kids Eddie Burger meal, plus 3 milk shakes. The kids burger is so small that it looks more like an h'orderve, and should never be considered a meal let alone a snack (for $6). On top of that, it was burnt to a crisp. The signature Eddie Burger was awful. Huge bun with a 2.5 inch patty for $16. It was also a mediocre burger at best. We also ordered a kids milkshake as a $3 upgrade to the included drink, and it was in a baby cup. We eat in Banff several times a year and will NEVER go back. There are too many great restaurants in Banff to waste our money here.
Great burgers! Really enjoyed the food at this place. Waiters were very friendly. It's a bit pricey though. If the place looks crowded, there might be a table in the back. Just ask if they still have a free spot.
