The staff are always friendly, helpful and offered great service. The food is delicious and the setting extremely comfortable.
We have eaten here many times and would recommend it to anyone.
I experienced Switch for the first time today for lunch (02.06.2011).
I have been meaningto eat hear for some time as I am always driving past it and was looking forward to the experience.
It took 15 minutes untill the waitress came and took our order, even tho I had gone up to the desk 5 mintues in to order our lunch with the staff saying that I had to wait untill the waitress came to our table.
The meal that I ordered lacked taste and quality.
When paying there was a lengthy que which is usually fine as they were busy. But what got me was a waitress who was on her lunch break was standing next to the line at the counter texting and using fascebook while other staff were clearly busy and run off there feet. I wanted to say to her "Can you see that your collegues are busy, customers are becoming frustrated and you are there in your own little world on facebook"
Me and my wife will not be dinning here anytime soon especially when we have had so many great expereinces at other local cafe/restaurants in Wangaratta. A real dissapointment.
