Worst service, Terrible!! The staff are woeful. The person taking our order didn't know how to use the computer, couldn't even give me a receipt. The place is quite large and apart from one other table, we were the only ones there for lunch on a Friday. The food took 3 quarters of an hour to come out and another hour later the waitresses (yes, there were several) couldn't be bothered to clear our table. Two of them chatting in the corner. No service at all. I waited another 30 mins for my dessert and in desperation went to the counter and asked when it might be coming. 20 mins later no dessert so I asked another waitress and was told my dessert was in the microwave! It was coming. Still no dessert after 15 mins. I asked another waitress who said she knew nothing about it and I should go talk to the first waitress. She actually began arguing with me saying that she was sure that it was going to turn up anytime. She had the 'not my problem' attitude. Exasperated, I asked her to just get a dessert to which she agreed and 3 mins later it arrived. It had been microwaved to death and was nasty. Scalding hot, dried up and hard as a rock on the top. I gave up and asked to see the Manager. This person said nothing, no apology just,"uh huh, ok, the girls have been busy in the bar you know". Great. This was the manager - no apology, no caring, no people skills. Coach and Horses, I'm surprised you're still running!

I ALWAYS get Parmas at pubs but, today I saw chef special "chicken breast chorizo". SMALL!! Back to ordering chicken Parmas. It was nice though for 3 bites. We also had the gluten free snapper with chips and salad. They were generous with the fish but a bit over cooked. I like the salad dressing but the béarnaise sauce wasn't very nice. The staff were very friendly.

We went on a Wednesday night to this place to try something new. A party of 4 we were easily placed on a moderately busy night. This place has the bonus of a kids play area that would be a good distraction for kids. Unfortunately as far as first experiences go we were unimpressed. Understaffed on the floor, tables were just barely getting cleaned up, and our food took an hour to come out....with cold vegies. We can only assume that they were understaffed in the kitchen as well. Maybe it was bad luck maybe not. But for the price that we paid for some of the food we would have hoped for a bit more food or at the very least hot food. Try your luck but we won't be trying ours again.

Normally ok, but last time we went the place was very dirty and needed a clean!
