Maquay International Restaurant
Reviews
Had heard many good things about the restaurant, but after going several times. I don't think I would return. The food was okay, but heavily overpriced. We went on Fridays, and Saturday nights and it was quite busy however, only 2 waitresses were working. So it took forever for our food to be brought out. When needing extra drinks, it took the waitress a number of times being asked, before she would return. They had an insufficient number of high chairs (they only had one) so i had to hold my son the whole time we ate our meals. Which resulted in him becoming quite fussy and making some noise (as a 5 month old would) and we were told that he was disrupting other patrons, and that we needed to keep him quiet. I found this completely disrespectful as my son is so young, sounds is the only way he communicates. Each time we have been we were treated with disrespect and negativity because we had brought a child. Another disappointing issue I had in regards to child-friendliness, they have no change table facility, and upon learning this, I had to change my son on the disabled toilet floor. Which find utterly disgusting. Would never go again, and would not recommend.
